Dear Business Partners,To comply with China’s requirement that chemical production facilities operate within designated chemical industrial parks, Shaoguan Dongsen Synthetic Material Co., Ltd. (“Dongsen”) was established in Shaoguan Huacai Coatings Area, a provincial-level chemical industrial park in Guangdong.Dongsen’s new production facility was put into operation at the end of 2024. Since then, production capacity has been gradually transferred from Guangdong Doxu Chemical Co., Ltd. (“Doxu”) to Dongsen.Dongsen has now been operating steadily for more than six months. With upgraded production equipment and a more centralized manufacturing system, Dongsen will become the main operating entity for our curing-agent and related chemical-material business. The Doxu factory will be phased out, while the Doxu name may still appear in certain historical documents, legacy business records, or limited regional contexts during the transition period.Moving forward, Dongsen Chemicals will be used as our main global customer-facing brand. Existing customers may continue working with their current account manager or verify any business communication through the official channels listed below.
