Common questions

Answers before you ask.

The questions formulators ask us most — on chemistry, selection, documentation and compliance.

The right PU hardener depends on your resin type, target performance, application method and curing conditions. Share your resin system and end-use requirements, and Dongsen can recommend a suitable grade for evaluation.

TDI-based PU hardeners are commonly used where cost-performance balance is important, while HDI-based PU hardeners are generally selected for applications requiring better light and weather resistance. Final selection depends on the complete formulation and end-use requirements.

The suitable grade depends on your resin system, drying requirements, hardness, flexibility and appearance targets. Dongsen can recommend PU hardener grades based on your formulation and application conditions.

Yes. Dongsen supplies PU hardeners for selected automotive, industrial and other polyurethane coating systems. Grade selection should be based on the resin system, curing conditions and required performance.

Yes. Samples can be arranged for formulation evaluation and performance testing, subject to grade availability and application review. Please provide your resin type and target application.

Yes. Available technical and safety documents can be provided according to the selected PU hardener grade and current document status. COA can be supplied for applicable commercial batches.

Please provide the required grade, estimated quantity, destination country and application. If you have not selected a grade yet, send your resin system and performance requirements first.

Yes. Dongsen can support grade selection based on resin type, application, curing conditions and target performance. For more accurate recommendations, provide as much formulation and process information as possible.
